We are getting more and more alienated with our roots and forgetting our heritage, so every once in a while I get a bug to visit old city of Hyderabad to connect to the glorious past of the city. So this Saturday with a group of TCPC shutterbugs we decided to visit the old city behind the Salarjung museum. The meeting point was Darush Shifa Jamia Masjid which has pure white presence in sea of color around it. I have never been in this part of the city and was very excited about the visit.
