Garden Tourism Festival Delhi – Welcome The Spring   The first annual Garden Tourism Festival was organized in the last century in 1988, to celebrate the arrival of colorful spring in Delhi.  The first event was organized In the open area in front of Lady Sriram College in South Delhi. After that, the festival was moved to many places before finally settling at the current location the Garden of 5 Senses near Saket in a village called Said-ul-Ajaib. Cactus Flowers

What can be better than a beautiful flower on a cactus plant? Well read on. The Twins Another View Of The Twins While I was still enjoying the photo of the ethereal cactus flower, the plant was slowly using its reserves to work on two small buds. Cut your food bill: Plant a garden I have myself tried growing tomatoes in past successfully. I must say the tomatoes were much more juicy and tasty than anything I have bought in a store. I am seriously thinking of starting an herb garden. I am sure the Missus will be happy to see some leaves as our current Botanical adventures are limited to Cacti and Succulents, started as an approach to be frugal with water and yet enjoy the beautiful plants. Visit To Botanical Garden In Kondapur Hyderabad

The Bug And The Buds  I recently visited the Botanical Garden in Kondapur, Hyderabad with a group of click happy shutterbugs; the walk was organized by TCPC or Twin City Photography Club.     Adenium Flowers The botanical garden itself is spread in acres and is lush green with mesmerizing flora; it also has a water garden with a central fountain and ducks swimming in the pond.  There is also a deep artificial lake dug on one side to store rain water and is now frequented by various migratory birds.
