June 2017 Travel Digest – Sourced from Instagram
June has been so hot that I canceled many trips to stay indoors, only to be cajoled by Wife jee and kids to take them to hills. So we were in Kangra and exploring the nearby areas with a focus on India’s first heritage village Pragpur. Kangra is not very cold compared to higher reaches of Himachal but the district has great cultural significance for the development of arts like Kangra School of Miniature Paintings and in Dharamshala and McLeodganj you get to see the snow clad peaks of Dhauldhar Range. The heritage Kangra Valley Railways is another major attraction for the region.

Your site did not let me see more than 4 pics. Great pics each and the descriptions as well.
Thanks, Rachna, it is a security precaution when bots click too many pages simultaneously to hack the site. Once bitten twice shy wala case hai.
I loved the collection. My fav was the last picture on Kashmir by Irfan Nabi. The Ghriyal was clicked so wonderfully. Urban trash had a different perspective. Every picture showcases a story of it’s own.
Thanks a lot Dipanwita for joining in … 🙂 Irfan for sure is a wonderful photographer
So happy and honoured to be featured in another wonderful edition of Desi InstaDigest. To have so many beautiful and inspiring pictures at one place is simply amazing!

Fabulous collection of pictures. I like the Ghariyal, Urban Trash, Arti’s Eid post and the last picture the most. Also, other pictures are equally amazing with a nice personal touch to each of them. So good to see your brain child i.e. Travel digest is growing at a good rate. Kudos! 🙂
